The assignment
Support nationwide onboarding for employees, branches, and divisions at American Financial Network. The work crossed departmental boundaries and required coordination with people responsible for legal, financial, and operational decisions.
My contribution
I built and led a four-person onboarding team and streamlined workflows across accounting, payroll, legal, and executive leadership. I served as a direct liaison to the CEO, President, and General Counsel.
The result
The team provided coordinated onboarding support nationwide. The experience strengthened my ability to take a broad assignment, organize the work, and bring multiple departments together to complete it.
